Cancellation and Return Policy

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Products purchased through WaquinCo may be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they are delivered.

For a return or exchange request to be valid, the products must:

  • be unused
  • be in resalable condition
  • be returned with their original packaging
  • include all accessories and tags

Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must also be returned together with the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may contact us through the Site or via our customer service channels.

If the cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, the payment will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply instead of order cancellation.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Consumers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date the product is delivered by exercising their right of withdrawal.

Returned products must:

  • be unused
  • be undamaged
  • be returned in their original packaging
  • be in resalable condition

It is recommended that the invoice or delivery note included with the order be added to the return package.

When preparing the return shipment, care should be taken to ensure that the original packaging of the product is not damaged.

RETURN PROCESS

You may submit your return request through the communication channels available on the Site or by contacting our customer service team.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions.

If the product is approved for return, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Due to banking procedures, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

You may request an exchange within 14 days after receiving the product.

The product eligible for exchange must:

  • be unused
  • be returned with its original packaging
  • have its tags intact

Depending on stock availability, the requested size, color, or model will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation and the Distance Sales Agreement.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns may not be accepted for the following products:

  • products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
  • used or washed products
  • products with removed tags
  • custom-made or personalized products
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us.

In such cases, the return or exchange process will be covered by WaquinCo.
