TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all natural or legal persons (“User”) who visit the website www.waquinco.com (“Site”) operated by WaquinCo (“Company”, “WaquinCo” or “Waquin”) and/or benefit from the services offered through the Site. Anyone who accesses and uses the Site shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. SCOPE

1.1. These Terms regulate the general provisions regarding the use of the Site and the products and services offered through the Site.

1.2. Additional texts and policies related to the use of the Site, such as the privacy policy, personal data protection policy, distance sales agreement, preliminary information form, delivery and return policy, constitute an integral part of these Terms. The User agrees to comply with these additional texts while using the Site.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES

3.1. WaquinCo operates as an e-commerce platform selling clothing and textile products. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for any deficiencies arising from technical or typographical errors.

3.2. The Company reserves the right to change product stock status, pricing information, and product descriptions without prior notice. In the event of incorrect orders arising from system errors, pricing mistakes, or delays in stock updates, the Company reserves the right to cancel such orders.

3.3. Product images and descriptions on the Site are presented in a way that reflects the actual product as accurately as possible. However, color and tone differences may occur due to screen settings or technical reasons.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The User is obliged to act in accordance with applicable laws, general moral principles, and the rights of third parties in all transactions carried out through the Site.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from interruptions, errors, system failures, or data loss occurring during the use of the Site.

7.2. Links to third-party websites on the Site are provided solely for user convenience. WaquinCo has no control over the content or privacy practices of these websites.

7.3. The Company cannot be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, strikes, cyber attacks, or official authority decisions.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1. These Terms and the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

8.2. In disputes arising between the User and WaquinCo, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction. Users who qualify as consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE

9.1. These Terms enter into force on the date they are published on the Site.

9.2. Continued use of the Site by the User shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms.

9.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
