SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website https://waquinco.com.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The information regarding the products subject to the order is as follows:

• Product name and main characteristics
• Quantity of the product
• Unit price and total sales price (including VAT)
• Payment method
• Delivery address
• Billing address

This information is displayed on the order page and reviewed and approved by the BUYER before confirming the order.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the product’s essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions on the Site.

4.2 The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER after the order is confirmed. The delivery period shall not exceed 30 days as required by applicable law.

4.3 Delivery time may be extended in cases of force majeure, extraordinary circumstances, logistics disruptions, or decisions of official authorities.

4.4 The product price is collected through authorized payment service providers. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.

4.5 If the product cannot be supplied due to stock issues or supply problems, the SELLER may inform the BUYER and cancel the order or offer an equivalent product.

4.6 The SELLER reserves the right to cancel incorrect orders arising from system errors, pricing errors, or technical problems.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered without giving any reason.

5.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be:

• unused
• in resalable condition
• returned with its original packaging

5.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via email or another durable medium within the withdrawal period.

5.4 The product price will be refunded within 14 days following the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• products prepared specifically according to the BUYER’s request
• products that may deteriorate quickly
• products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
• underwear or similar products whose packaging has been opened

DEFAULT

In cases where the BUYER makes payment by credit card and falls into default, the BUYER may be liable to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the issuing bank.

The bank reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in such cases, and the SELLER bears no responsibility for such matters.

COMPETENT AUTHORITY

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized under Turkish consumer protection legislation shall have jurisdiction within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

EFFECTIVENESS

When the BUYER places an order through the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force once the BUYER approves it electronically.
